Why did I only receive part of my shipment?

No need to worry! 

All of your boxes might not arrive at the same time, but rest assured they are en route to you. 

We're in the process of consolidating our inventory into our new fulfillment warehouse. In the meantime, we have been using our inventory in Amazon's warehouses to fulfill orders to ensure speedy delivery.

Because we do not have all of the right inventory in one location to ship every order in full from that location, some orders may be shipped from two separate locations. I know, confusing right?

All that to say, your order shipped in multiple boxes and it should arrive in full within the next day or so. If you don't receive it in a few days, please reach out to us at orders@barebonesbroth.com and we'll track the rest of it down for you.
