My shipment is damaged!

Oh no! We're sorry to hear that. Although we take great care to package your goods for safe shipment, accidents do happen from time to time. 

While we do not accept returns for damaged food products, we will issue credit or reshipments for products that are damaged en route to their destination. If your shipment is damaged, please email us at hello@barebonesbroth.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Damaged product item description - e.g. what pouches or other items were broken
  • Pictures of the damaged shipment (if able)
  • Date and time package was received

Bare Bones reserves the right to only offer partial refunds if the customer cannot provide sufficient information. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
