Why won't my subscription update for me?

If you are unable to cancel or revise your subscription by following these steps  https://help.barebonesbroth.com/category/36-subscriptions it could be for one of two reasons: 

1. You have not yet been a subscriber for three months or three subscription orders. The subscription program is set up to accommodate and reward ongoing orders and customer loyalty. If you decide to cancel before three months or three orders, you can reach out to customer support at hello@barebonesbroth.com and they can help you with any revisions or cancellation.

2. You do not have a Bare Bones account created. (It is possible to have a subscription without having a Bare Bones account.) In this case, you can reach out to hello@barebonesbroth.com and receive an email invitation to create an account. From your account, you will be able to manage any future revisions to your subscription.
